WHY ARE THERE NO PRICES ON THE SITE?
Depending on the performance and customer requirements, there is a wide possible range in terms of hourly expenditure. After the first order, I usually offer billing at my fixed hourly rate.
HOW ARE THE PRICES IN THE OFFER COMPOSED?
My prices are calculated from the working hours, the program cost share, a small equipment cost share and the value of the transferred rights of use.
DOES THE PRINTING APPLY TO PRINT DESIGNS?
I offer a free printing consultation with every print design. If the customer makes use of this, it can be agreed that I will take over the printing and have the goods delivered to the customer. In the same way, the printing and the choice of printer can be done by the customer himself.
HOW DOES AN ORDER WORK?
After your request I will send you an offer by mail. If this has been accepted with a signature, you will receive a 50% down payment invoice and after 3-5 working days you will be able to view the draft design. Depending on the performance, you can then send me corrections 2-3 times. If you are satisfied with the design, you will receive all data and the final invoice via WeTransfer.
WHICH TYPES OF PAYMENT ARE POSSIBLE?
Payment by bank transfer is the standard. On request I also offer the possibility to pay with Paypal.
